Winter skills registration is now open!

Our skills sessions run indoors every Saturday from January 24 to March 21 at the West Community Center. Girls train from 2 to 4 pm and boys from 4 to 6 pm. Sessions are open to players ages 8 and up and the cost is $100 for the full program.

This training focuses on fundamentals, footwork, stick handling, and overall prep for the spring season. We have equipment available for anyone who needs it and gear will stay at the gym throughout the program.

We’re excited to welcome new and returning players to the Black Hills Lacrosse Association! Registration is your first step toward joining our lacrosse community and becoming part of one of the fastest-growing sports in the region.

Registration for the upcoming season is not currently open. Please check back soon for updates  new sessions are posted here as soon as they’re available.

Once registration opens, you’ll find everything you need right on this page, including team options, fees, and key dates for our spring, fall, and winter programs. Whether you’re a returning player gearing up for the next season or brand new and ready to try something different, we’ll make it easy to get started.

GENERAL INFO 

Boys

• 10U is a house league.  Practices are usually held a couple of days a week with scrimmages on Saturday mornings. (practice & scrimmage schedule will be determined by the coach)
• 12U - Varsity are traveling teams.  Practices are 3 to 4 days per week with games on Saturdays & Sundays. 

Girls

• Girls are divided into 2 teams, 10U & 12U combined, and 14U - Varsity combined.
• Both teams are traveling teams.

Schedule

• Practice schedules are determined by coaches, but typically begin mid-March to early April.
• League games begin the first weekend in May and run through the 3rd weekend in June
• Out-of-town league travel usually includes: Watertown, Fargo, Bismarck, & Grand Forks

2025 Registration Fees

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your payment (credit/debit card or bank account) information available.

• Pay online in full today or select payment plan (initial deposit plus 4 installments. Registration is non-refundable)
• Scholarships are available and must be requested before completing registration. If awarded, the scholarships will cover the cost of registration outlined above. To request additional information on financial assistance, please email the registrar at registration@blackhillslacrosse.com

Referral Discount

Receive a $100 refund on any registration for referring a new player or returning player who has been inactive for more than 1 year.  (New players must be registered and paid in full before a refund is processed.)

Multi-Child Discount

• First child (oldest) – Full registration fee
• Each subsequent child – 25% discount
